You may need atleast 2 a/cs of 1.5 ton capacities each. Ensure complete insulation with double door entry and false ceiling(PoP) etc. with all open walls covered by insulation material like plywood, as lot of heat may be generated by 11 people using the computers as well as pc itself will generate some heat.
