dear sir my finger cut with iron 25 days ago. get injection 8 techhes and pain killer tab. now result ++ get boroline,but non dry plajma.please help me.

Hi Nihar, you are extremely under weight and you need to put on around 25 kgs. In order to gain healthy weight of muscles you need to increase proteins in the diet. There are lots of vegetarian and non vegetarian sources of proteins which will help you to gain the muscle mass. To accelerate the muscle gain you also need to do intense weight training. I am giving you some tips to gain weight which you can follow:
1. Include milk, milk products, nuts, soy, sprouts, dals and pulses in your diet.
2. Include egg, chicken and fish as they are richest source of protein. You can include these in your diet regular basis. For a detailed diet chart consult a nutritionist.
3. For quick results you can include protein powder in your diet. Whey proteins give best results and they do not have any side effects. You can try optimum or whey or serious mass.
4. Eat small and frequent meals.
5. Also follow rigorous weight training exercises (lifting weights)
6. Focus more on weight training exercises of all the muscles.
7. Proper rest is also important for weight gain, so sleep for about 8 hours at night.
Follow the diet and exercise routine religiously.

Hi Ahad, the simple steps to get six packs on stomach are: strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat. You can take up any cardio exercise (walking/jogging/cycling/etc.) to reduce body fat. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not. It will take dedication, willpower, patience and time to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it. Do crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, and jackknife sit ups, obliques and variations in these exercises. To reduce weight do weight lifts and cardio. And also take care of our diet. You need to eat low calorie and low fat diet.

Hi Ananth, according to your height your weight should be 65 to 68 kgs. You are 10 to 15kgs over weight. In order to reduce excess weight, you need to eat fewer calories and also burn extra calories through an exercises schedule. It won’t be a healthy weight loss if you do not devote some time for exercise. You need to plan your day in advance and take out at least 30 to 45 minutes for exercise. Healthy diet and exercise is the best way to reduce excess weight. Giving you some tips to reduce excess weight:
1. Do aerobic exercises (walking/cycling/swimming) to burn extra calories and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles.
2. Do brisk walking, cycling or swimming for 30- 45 minutes thrice a week.
3. Perform weight training exercises on alternate days.
4. Eat low fat, low calorie diet.
5. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet.
6. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer.
7. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
8. Drink plenty of water.
Remember losing 2 to 3 kgs per month is advisable and it’s healthy too!
