Hi Nirav, the two most effective natural methods of lowering fat and losing weight are eating healthy diet and exercise.
Diet: One of the most important ways to reduce weight is to cut down the amount of fat in your diet. Fat is an essential food group, so you should never attempt to cut it out entirely, but you should limit the amount you consume, particularly of saturated fats. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
Exercise: Exercise is extremely important for your body to optimize its functioning and get rid of excess weight. It is therefore one of the best and most natural way to reduce weight. You should exercise for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily; this can be simply walking or some more vigorous exercise. Losing even a few pounds a month can have a considerable beneficial effect.
