how to increase height naturally .which exercises should be done.

Hi Kadir, height is genetically predetermined. Girls gain maximum height till the age of 18 and boys gain till the age of 21 only. If you are above 21 years of age then it will be difficult to gain height. You may try doing pull ups, and some stretching exercises. These may help you to add on few inches. Also eat a protein and vitamin rich diet including green leafy vegetables, carrots, soybean, mango, dried apricots, whole grain cereals, sprouts, lentils, yeast, wheat germ, milk, yogurt and buttermilk in the daily diet. If you are non-vegetarian then include eggs, chicken and fish in the diet.

Hi, Why do you want to gain fat mass when know it looks ugly? Why not exercise and gain good muscles? You haven’t mentioned your height and weight too. Height and weight ratio is importance to determine how much weight gain you need. In order to gain healthy weight you need to consume more calories than you are currently taking in every day. You have not mentioned your height as it is required to know how many kgs of weight gain you need. To accelerate the weight gain you also need to exercise. Intense weight training is the key for gaining good weight of muscles. I am giving you some tips to gain weight which you can follow:
1. Include milk, milk products, nuts, soy, sprouts, dals and pulses in your diet.
2. Include egg, chicken and fish as they are richest source of protein. You can include these in your diet regular basis.
3. For quick results you can include protein powder in your diet. Whey proteins give best results and they do not have any side effects. You can try optimum or whey or serious mass.
4. Eat small and frequent meals.
5. Also follow rigorous weight training exercises (lifting weights)
6. Focus more on weight training exercises of all the muscles.
7. Proper rest is also important for weight gain, so sleep for about 8 hours at night.
Follow the diet and exercise routine religiously.

Hi Krishna, to avoid dust allergy symptoms you have to follow the below steps.

!. Avoiding dust mite particles which cause dust allergies
2. Use prescribed medications
3. Allergy shots or immunotherapy
4. Environmental control to remove dust allergy symptoms:
a.Once an allergy has been identified, the nest step is to decrease exposure to the allergens. This is called as environmental control. Most of the environmental changes are for the entire home.
b. Controlling dust mites can be difficult to remove completely from your home. By following some anti-mite procedures you can reduce mite population and your exposure to them and hence you can reduce your allergic symptoms.
c. Keep your bedrooms as clean as possible, because most of the people spent their 1/3rd of their lives in the bedroom. Remove carpets in your bedrooms and aware of dust allergy symptoms.
d. Clean your home thoroughly on a regular basis. Use vacuums and filters to avoid dust and also to reduce outside dust that is coming into your home.
e. Use wood, leather or vinyl furniture instead of upholstered furniture in the bedroom.
f. Keep the moisture as low as possible. The ideal humidity level is 30-40 percent.
g.To keep the humidity level low, use air conditioner or dehumidifier in warm climates.
l. Some suggested medications can give relief from dust allergy symptoms.

Hi Nirav, i suggest do not fall for any short cuts to reduce weight! Only diet may lead to dieciecies or any health problems. The two most effective natural methods of lowering fat and losing weight are eating healthy diet and exercise.
Diet: One of the most important ways to reduce weight is to cut down the amount of fat in your diet. Fat is an essential food group, so you should never attempt to cut it out entirely, but you should limit the amount you consume, particularly of saturated fats. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
Exercise: Exercise is extremely important for your body to optimize its functioning and get rid of excess weight. It is therefore one of the best and most natural way to reduce weight. You should exercise for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily; this can be simply walking or some more vigorous exercise. Losing even a few pounds a month can have a considerable beneficial effect.
