I want to reduce my thigs and hips and shape it tell me execise so that i can reduce my back and thigs. ?

Hi, Spot reduction is not possible. In order to reduce excess weight from any body part, you need to eat fewer calories and also burn extra calories through an exercises schedule. Healthy diet and exercise is the best way to reduce excess weight. Giving you some tips to reduce excess weight:
1. Do aerobic exercises (walking/cycling/swimming) to burn extra calories and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles.
2. Do brisk walking, cycling or swimming for 30- 45 minutes thrice a week.
3. Perform weight training exercises on alternate days. To tone your things hips and back perform squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curl and leg press. to strengthen your back you must perform good mornings, back extension, dead lifts, rowing and chin ups.
4. Eat low fat, low calorie diet.
5. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet.
6. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer.
7. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
8. Drink plenty of water.

Hi, as a nutritionist I would suggest avoid frequent visits to places like KFC or Mcdonalds. These food joints have extremely unhealthy food. The food products are also high calorie which leads to health problems like obesity.

Hi, Running for 30 minutes is a good option but brisk walking would give your better results as your aim is to reduce weight. Running would help you to buit stamina. Fat is an essential food group, so you should never attempt to cut it out entirely, but you should limit the amount you consume, particularly of saturated fats. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
Exercise: Exercise is extremely important for your body to optimize its functioning and get rid of excess weight. It is therefore one of the best and most natural way to reduce weight. You should exercise for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily; this can be simply walking or some more vigorous exercise. Losing even a few pounds a month can have a considerable beneficial effect.
