How to reduce side belly fat by doing home exercise and by diet??

Hi Tushar, to control your belly fat you need to control your diet. Eat low fat, low calorie diet.
Include variety of low fat foods in the diet. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods. Drink plenty of water.
Also exercise regularly. You must strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat. You can take up any cardio exercise (walking/jogging/cycling/etc.) to reduce body fat. Do crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, and jackknife sit ups, obliques and variations in these exercises. These will help to tone the abdominal muscles.

Hi i haven’t heard of any ayurvedic medicine that helps for muscle gain. But you can take high protein and high calorie diet which is full of vitamins. This will definitely help you to gain healthy weight of muscles.
Giving you some tips for muscle gain:
1. Include milk, milk products, nuts, soy, sprouts, dals and pulses in your diet.
2. Include egg, chicken and fish as they are richest source of protein. You can include these in your diet regular basis.
3. For quick results you can include protein powder in your diet. Whey proteins give best results and they do not have any side effects. You can try optimum or whey or serious mass.
4. Eat small and frequent meals.
5. Also follow rigorous weight training exercises (lifting weights). To get stronger arms concentrate on bicep and triceps workout. Please take fitness trainers advice and leant the exercises in his guidance.

Hi Kadir, height is genetically predetermined. Girls gain maximum height till the age of 18 and boys gain till the age of 21 only. If you are above 21 years of age then it will be difficult to gain height. You may try doing pull ups, and some stretching exercises. These may help you to add on few inches. Also eat a protein and vitamin rich diet including green leafy vegetables, carrots, soybean, mango, dried apricots, whole grain cereals, sprouts, lentils, yeast, wheat germ, milk, yogurt and buttermilk in the daily diet. If you are non-vegetarian then include eggs, chicken and fish in the diet.

Hi Rashmi, You haven’t mentioned your height and weight too. Height and weight ratio is importance to determine how much weight gain you need. In order to gain healthy weight you need to consume more calories than you are currently taking in every day. You have not mentioned your height as it is required to know how many kgs of weight gain you need. To accelerate the weight gain you also need to exercise. Intense weight training is the key for gaining good weight of muscles. I am giving you some tips to gain weight which you can follow:
1. Include milk, milk products, nuts, soy, sprouts, dals and pulses in your diet.
2. Include egg, chicken and fish as they are richest source of protein. You can include these in your diet regular basis.
3. For quick results you can include protein powder in your diet. Whey proteins give best results and they do not have any side effects. You can try optimum or whey or serious mass.
4. Eat small and frequent meals.
5. Also follow rigorous weight training exercises (lifting weights)
6. Focus more on weight training exercises of all the muscles.
7. Proper rest is also important for weight gain, so sleep for about 8 hours at night.
Follow the diet and exercise routine religiously.

Hi, to gain muscles mass you need to do intense weight training and also eat high protein diet. To gain muscles on your arms you need to train your biceps, triceps and wrist. I suggest you must consult a fitness trainer under whom you can learn the exercise. Also take diet consultation for a nutritionist.

Hi Anuradha, yes there are changes of you putting on weight after leaving the gym. This happens due to change in your regular routine. When you go to a gym you exercise and burn calories and as well as try and follow a low fat diet. This ensures your weight loss as your energy expenditure is more and food intake is less. But when you leave the gym then you don’t not extra burn calories or neither follow a diet. This erratic schedule causes weight gain.
