All alphanumeric characters and punctuation marks in a particular typeface. Eg. Times Bold.
Files in a computer which describe the appearance of text onscreen and to the printer. Different types of fonts include Bitmapped (used onscreen, but not in printers), PostScript (used in printers, not onscreen) and TrueType (used both onscreen and as printer fonts).
A consistent design for the display of the full set of English or other language characters, including special characters such as punctuation and numbers.
