Mansi Saini's Answer
For treating severe hairloss it is always good to stick to natural remedies and not fall for all the chemical products available in the market that boast to do wonders. First of all, take a healthy protein rich diet, the meals must be timed; Lack of sleep is something that also causes hair to get weak so do not forget to take adequate sleep; I know this one is unavoidable but try not to take too much stress as that can be one of the major factors for hairloss. Oil your hair twice a week and wash them trice a week with a mild herbal shampoo. Dandruff also makes the hair root weak so if you have dandruff then make sure to get rid of it, homeopathic treatment is what i would suggest you for the same. Use natural conditioners such as curd, hena, amla, reetha, shikakai etc. Use hair packs made of methi, basil as well as coffee water.
