I am in gurgaon and I need to buy petrol. Any petrol bunk near sector 56?

Asked by Jamshed in Gurgaon at   3:21 PM on March 03, 2009

Mansi Saini's Answer

There is a petrol pump in sector 56 opposite to Jal Vayu towers. If you are coming towards sector 56 on the Golf course road, you will cross technopolis-vatika towers-suncity on your left. Half a mile ahead of Suncity, you will see a round about. Take a right from there , you will find the petrol pump on your right, about 2-3 kilometers ahead. Hope it helps.

Asked Anonymously in Family at   4:55 PM on February 03, 2009

Hi,

It is usually not advisable for you to place your mandir facing washroom/loo. Face it towards the entrace of your house. It is believed, facing your mandir north-west also brings in positivity.

Thanks

Can I use Liptons Yellow Label tea to make iced tea? if yes...how?

Asked by Jammy Bond in Recepies & Cooking at   3:48 PM on October 24, 2008

Mansi Saini's Answer

Awe I love iced tea!! I tried making it at home with the conventional tea leaves that we have in our kitchens. But it tasted aweful :(

I just made milkless tea the usual way, cooled it and added lemon & sugar.

Sorry, can't be of much help here. But I'm watching out this question for some correct answers. I need to know this too!

on what type of skin we can use steam and how?

Asked by Tingtong in Alternative Medicine at   12:59 PM on September 18, 2008

Mansi Saini's Answer

Hello Tings :)

Essentially, steam serves the purpose of opening skin pores. During facial treatments, all types of skins are given steam before or amidst the treatment, so the skin pores can be cleansed from the depth. But, soon after the cleaning & treatment is over, skin pores are made to contract by applying things like ice pack, chandan pack, multani mitti pack etc.

So, I believe you may use steam on all types of skin types to make your skin breathe and to cleanse it. But be sure to apply a good face pack or ice cube soon after.

You can get face steamers easily in the market. Another way you may take steam is by simply taking some hot water in a vessel & lean on the vessel with your head and vessel covered with a towel. However, do not prolong the process. Keep taking breaks after every few seconds.

Hope it helps.

What ingredients are used in making hot dogs in restaurants?

Asked by Jammy Bond in Food & Drink at   3:53 PM on October 24, 2008

Mansi Saini's Answer

A footlong bun (best if fresh), a bacon(piping hot), fresh raw vegetables like cabbage, onions, tomatoes, cucumber (some of these shreded, some sliced) ; All of this topped with salt and pepper to taste. To give it a spicy Indian touch we can sprinkle some Red chilly powder and/or chaat masala too. Don't forget to add some mustard sauce/tomato ketchup/mayonnaise (if u like any of these) & the Hot Dog is ready for you to eat :D Enjoy!

If you were to ask/clarify your doubts on love & romance ...whom would you ask?

Asked by Jammy 007 in Love & Romance at   10:30 AM on October 10, 2008

Mansi Saini's Answer

Well someone who has a perfect love life! But then, lets get realistic. No such person exists :D

In that case, friends and siblings are the ones to whom I would run in case I need any Love related advice as they are close enough to you confide in...

But to be honest while listening to the Radio Shows dealing with Love-worries, one does picture the 'Doctor Love' as the Cupid and considers calling up! But ends up getting frustrated coz of long waits for call to get thru

Only if accessing such love gurus will be quick & free, it's a good way of clearing some very personal doubts if anonymity is ensured as well.

What kind of mails do you forward to your friends?

Asked by Jammy 007 in Teenagers at   10:41 AM on October 11, 2008

Mansi Saini's Answer

Ummmmmm I don't know if I am the right one to answer this. FYI... I am NOT a teenager... But still, well I and a lot of my friends think forwarded mails are 'cold' , personally written mails and messages are a lot more warmer :) Coming out of emotions, sometimes I do come across interesting &/or useful illustrations, write ups etc which cannot be shared from right there and then. So I do forward those to my buddies. Examples - I forwarded a couple of quick and easy ways to exercise to my friends who are working and getting fat due to slogging while sitting whole day ; Funny illustrations, comic strips etc which make me LOL are hard to keep to myself. It's compelling to share anything interesting enough with friends. And of course, friends are among the first viewers of own blogs :) So a freshly written blog link has to be circulated and forwarded :)
