Its very difficult to identify a person's behaviour by their face. Because everything is not seem like as it is. But their is other option to identify a person by their behaviour, personality etc. by which you can identify his is good or not.

Your question is not clear, what training are you seeking or joined there is not mentioned. Afterall when you accepting any training then you can make it clear on the spot, about your duration of time for training, the minimum salary after training etc.

First survey the market about your business, then look out for the business which you going to start, will be best for this market. After that you can go for your monetary funds requires for the business. Estimate your budget within your available funds, if need then go for business loan. Its the simple tragedy for starting a business.
