It is due to over expectancy from their life, costly life style, etc. For a small job like paper boy some 10 to 20 persons lined up to does that job. So, all the 20 candidates are desperate for the same job but only one will get the chance to do get selected. So, obviously remaining 19 candidates will be annoyed that they were not selected. The situation is one of the simple example that I have given you.
In the past people use to always do the job which their ancestors use to do. But today's generation all run to the big cities to get a job leaving their ancestors professions. For suppose think if a agriculturists son leave the profession of agriculture and go for a software job in the city. He will have to face lot of competition because like him others too think to settle down in big cities and costly life style. Doing the father profession is easy for the above said person then going to big city and get a job..
The fault is not of that youth but the system, in India major cities are developed a lot by politicians because they are living in that city. These politicians forget the villages and rural areas. So, many migrate to cities in search of jobs. So, the life in city becomes tough for everyone.
These days youth are given a lot of freedom for development but the problem is one learns the bad habits and things very quickly. I saw a minor drinking alcohol and smoking as well. Some minors are driving 2 wheelers. So, today youth gets carried away with thinks which are unimportant and forget their important targets... So, new generation will become annoyed more in near future until a change in the mentality of the society...
