Hi All. I have a small problem. I feel very sleepy in meetings, training sessions,conferencing etc and start yawning badly. Please tell me how toa avoid this?

Very sad problem.Just try to stay alive by taking the stairs.
And not having a heavy meal before meetings.
Also try to watch the eye of the presenter making the presentation at a meeting.This way you will not loose concentration and hence not feel sleepy.
Drink water whenever you feel sleep.
Ensure you get 8 hours of sleep everyday and exercise for an hour everyday.
Lethargy has to be met with a tough hand so push yourself to exercise in the morning to kickstart your day.
Also ensure you are eating healthy food, eat soaked almonds in the morning.

Extra virgin olive oil is produced by mechanical extraction methods (no chemicals or hot water applied), comes only from first cold-pressing, has an oleic acidity level of less than one percent, and ideally has a perfect taste.
Virgin olive oil also comes from the first pressing, and is also produced without refining. In a technical sense, virgin olive oil may have an acidity level of up to 3.3%
Refined olive oil has very little vitamin E content.

The best oil for cooking would be extra virgin olive oil as it has the highest content levels of these healthful nutrients and has the most exquisite flavours.

Well choclate cyst is a cyst on the ovaries.It causes discomfort to the female and have to be ruptured with surgery.
It is sometimes followed by Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which affects the female fertility.

I think you should visit a Gynaecologist about your query regarding having sex and pregnancy.

The best exercise is brisk walking for an hour daily. Also maintaining a heathy diet will you keep you fit allround.

They both write differently. Dan Brown writes more of thriller fiction. Brown is interested in cryptography, keys, and codes, which are a recurring theme in his stories. His best selling novel is the Da Vinci Code.
Sidney Sheldon's novels often featured determined women who persevere in a tough world run by hostile men. The novels contained a lot of suspense and have romance as well.

Depending on what interests you more, you can choose who you want to read. Ideally, you should read one book by each of them and then decide who you want to read further.

He was a Spanish Jesuit missionary. A cofounder of the Jesuit order (1534) with Ignatius of Loyola, he established missionaries in Japan, Ceylon, and the East Indies.

In context of food, i think may be you mean Caviar. That means the roe of a large fish, especially sturgeon, that is salted, seasoned, and eaten as a delicacy or relish.
