Very good question , the answer to which is not going to be definite.Corporate law is vast there are various aspects that can be studied in depth.But i can tell you some sections that are popular capital markets, merger and acquisition and tax related problems.Its your call what you want to specialize in.My advice to freshers is to work for a law firm of their choice small or big does not matter.Gain valuable experience and then decide what subject you are comfortable with.

.In law a LLB is enough a degree just work for a law firm and grow from there to better place.
But if you interested in a particular subject and want to study further then US LLM is a good idea.Or an NLSIU post graduate degree.

Humanitarian law is not worth studying if you plan to do a job.
Cyber laws is the most practical.
Patent you should study only if you have a B.Sc or B.Tech background.

12 chicken drumsticks
1 teaspoon(s) green chilly paste
1 tablespoon(s) garlic paste
2 teaspoon(s) ginger paste
1 teaspoon(s) red chilli powder
2 teaspoon(s) coriander powder
½ teaspoon(s) turmeric powder
1 teaspoon(s) hot spice mix (garam masala) powder
salt and freshly milled pepper to taste
1 tablespoon(s) clarified butter (ghee)
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
finely chopped fresh coriander and onion rings to garnish

1. Make incisions in the chicken drumsticks with a knife.
2. Mix together the next eight ingredients to form a marinade. Rub the marinade into the chicken and keep aside for about 2 hours.
3. Heat the oil for deep frying and fry three to four drumsticks at a time till they are cooked through and evenly browned. Drain into a bowl lined with paper towel and keep warm till the remaining chicken drumsticks are fried.
4. Serve hot sprinkled with the lemon juice and garnished with coriander leaves.

You can apply for court marriage one month before his birthday.In court marriage a notice is to be issued 30 days before the day of the designated marriage.So that on the date of the registration he is 21.

Well this is a tough call.I think if he does so ignore his statements and tell yourself he is immature if you really want to remain friends.
Or else just distance yourself from such a person because this is a damaging relationship.It will hurt your self image and your resolve to do better and you will never feel satisfied.
Be strong in 2 beliefs
All are not same
My life is unique and my joys and sorrows are just for me and not comparable.
So if he is doing well in say studies you may be more popular with friends as a good company.It all balances out in the end.

Inform your parents and start meeting your fiance and try and find out from his habits.
You should put the marriage on hold and just think about your decision since its an arrange marriage you have nothing much to lose if you call if off.But please be sure he is an alcoholic and dont go on hearsay.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Gobi/Cauliflower - cut into florets
1/2 cup Cornflour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
2 Tbsp Soy Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce
1 tsp hot Red Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Tomato sauce
1/2 Capsicum- Sliced lengthwise
1 Big Onion -Sliced
1 tsp Butter -melted
4 Garlic Cloves- Chopped finely
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste
2 Green chilies - Chopped finely
1/2 inch Ginger- Sliced into thin strips
Oil for deep frying

METHOD:

* Mix cornflour+ maida + Garlic-Green chili paste + melted hot butter+ salt( as per taste) along with little warm water to make a thick paste.
* Dip Cauliflower florets into this paste and deep fry them until golden brown and set them aside.
* Now in a kadai heat little oil and fry onions till transparent.
* To this add chopped garlic cloves and fry them until transparent.
* Now add green chilies and ginger and then add in capsicum and fry them for a min.Note that capsicum should still remain crispy.
* Now add soy sauce+ chili sauce+ tomato sauce+ red chili powder and saute it for a few secs.
* To this add about 3 tbsp of water and the above fried and cooled gobi bajias.( Tip: Bajias should not be hot here. This is to maintain the crispiness even after added to the sauce mixture)
* Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
* Enjoy!!!

No problem.
If you donot want to get married please dont, this is your decision and parents can facilitate it.But if you are sure then there is no problem is remaining a bachelor.
But let me warn you this is a phase one goes through early in life as you get older and near 40 you want to have a house and children and people to look after you.So you may feel so now you never know when you change your mind.
