Be happy that you are going to be a father. this caution should have been there before you had unprotected sex with your unmarried girlfriend. Best thing is get married and take care of the child if at all she is pregnant.

Feel sorry. The best thing is to consult a good gynecologist and get her opinion after proper health check up. You can have sex during middle 10 days of your period if your periods are regular and comes once in 28-30 days. if it is irregular first consult a good doctor to correct the same. I wish you get your sweet baby with in one year .

There can be many reasons for her not getting periods on regular days, you will have to consult a good gynecologist to find out the real fact and for proper treatment. This can be corrected and your wife can get pregnant, Do consult a good gynecologist.

There is no age bar for the same, it all depends upon their desire and physical nature and capacity to perform , man needs erection and stamina and the lady needs proper lubrication so that no pain is felt. this again depends upon their hormonal secretion in the body.. in general man can have good sex up to 70 years and a lady can up to 60-65 years based on their health conditions.

There is nothing like one week pregnant. In normal case the pregnancy is confirmed only when you miss the period . in such case it is tested and confirmed after 10-15 days of period missing. by that time you are 6 week pregnant.
About your back pain do consult a good gynecologist. do not go for self medication.
