Self motivation.
First of all you need to know the reason why you need to be demotivated,then try and relax yourself and never care what the world thinks about you and then try to lift your morale up by thinking of your past.
Think about your best days in your childhood or past where you have made your loved ones feel on top of the world and automatically you would feel your inner strength.
