Ak tarf se deka jae tho ap kho yad hai ki ape kuch bhul gaya Tho ap kisa bol sakthi hai ki ap bhul gaye.

Sushma Is bath kho ithna jadha kiu mahva dethi ho, is se khoi phaidha nehi hai.

Ap isa socho ki jo bi bhul gaya who uthna mahtwa nahi tha ise ap ko tasali hoga our ap ahge se bhul nehi gayegi.

Hello Sreerm tenn,

One of the reasons Crystallization of salts as per chemistry takes place due to Ph of the solution attaining a certain value and concentration of salts being high, both these are due to lack dilution or retain urine for long periods. This can be controlled by drinking lots of water and regular evacuation of the urine periodically.

now coming to the problem you are facing, you may try surgery as one of the immediate solutions, Yes if is painful but relief is fast. There are costlier methods like ultrasonic therapy that don't require surgery.

alternately you can change your eating habits to slightly make your urine acidic and dissolve the stone gradually but taking more quantity of water and baring thepain fo some time can also solve the same.

You are frightened of making a mistake due to some past history of events,

Try to break up your job into small parts and remember to congratulate yourself as soon as you finish that part, alternately prepare a plan of all these small parts and give regular feed back to you superior, present it with the words "the next part is going to come out faster than you think,

this trick should bring back the confidence in you and gradually the completion of jobs assigned will be like child's play, you will start enjoying your work.

If the senior shouts at you then consider changing your boss, or complain to his superiors.
Understand that the problem need not be with you.

No ! Please don't try it,

Try praising him and show love not pity and concern !

try not to remind him of his state by telling him not to take drugs, Just let him be He will grow out of the situation faster if you stop advising him regularly.

Take him for long walks talk to him on current affairs with out referring to tragedy, loss or any thing that can make him depressed, just talk about general things

if you want to really help.

Hello! friend,
Fear is natural, It is not a thing that we should worry about as it can be used both ways and solve our problems.
What is required really is understanding it!
Remember that thinking of it will only increase it, To reduce it think of some thing else that does not cause fear, remember our mind and consciousness can think of only one thing at any given moment this fact can be used to change the thoughts and fear.
The method of using fear to our advantage is by stop thinking of the problem that can arise and think of the solution. Say we have not completed studying all the topics and the time is not sufficient,this can develop fear and then we will loose the link to the memory of thinks we did study, thus may fail to recollect them.
Use this fear to complete the revision by just doing some fast reading of the topics, how this will help is, the completion of all topics will give us a satisfaction that the preparation is complete. and when we see the question paper things will flow as stress is absent and confidence of knowledge that we completed the study of all topics will help in maintaining the link to memory. Just know this the first word of the answer is always present in the answer thus we can easily expand on it and do a better job in our exams.

stop thinking of what is not completed but think that what is completed is better for mental frame of mind to recall memory.

Hello! Gaurav,
Based on my understanding love is our basic nature, the proof for this is we want everything or desire everything that is good (with in the limitations of our understanding, the reason is very deep inside we know that we are really one and we are trying really to attain that oneness by wanting everything that is really the I or mine.

Love as I know it is the pure form of prayer to the completeness that has enabled us to experience ourself by interacting with our separated consciousness with a desire to experience oneself in all the possible ways.

I feel that Love is NOT necessary, if we understand it as said above, because then we will be really developing self love (selfishness).

I am going to make you feel Relaxed and happy, the way we will do this is by telling you some facts of life, All our experience is limited to our understanding of life as we have experienced observed or told by our fellow human beings, only what we accept as correct is stored in our memory and replayed. this causes stress when things that we don't like are replayed in our life. This makes us develop an effort to reject them adding to the stress.

Kindly Know this This world is existing only due to the effect of duality which means both opposites should simultaneously exist if the event has to manifest this mens that without the existence of the opposite the event or anything cannot exist. we associate our mind and consciousness with only one side of the event and experience it.

is it not a fact that to experience happiness we need to think of only happiness continuously even one thought that is not happy with in the period will terminate the feeling! This fact can be used to change the feelings experienced by us. use it and change the thoughts to reduce stress, THINK OF SOME THING That gives you JOY.

body will over work and increase the heart rate and breathing or you may be holding your breath both these can increase the internal heat and cause sweating.

You can practice sitala pranyama to reduce the heat, it is done by breathing through your mouth. place the tongue between the teeth and draw air through the teeth by slightly opening them the cool feeling due to evaporation of saliva will reduce heat. kindly wet your tongue frequently as it gets dry. eat food that cool the body. and drink plenty of water.
another way to reduce heat in the body is to breathe through your left nostril if you are a male or right nostril if you are a female the flow of breath in the Ida channel will ensure the coolness of moon.
another way is to think of a bright cool moon at the center of your forehead.

It is a fact that we all are living in the world of duality, this actually means that for anything to exist its opposite must exist, it is only then the true understand complete in all respects can be appreciated in the complete sense other wise it will be limited to the present understanding we have, which as you know is not possible in one live time.

If you accept the above then you can develop an argument that both hurt and joy simultaneously should exist and we experience only that which we associate our mind and consciousness to>

Half of your problem is accepting that you have this problem.
Actually it is normal to experience this type of thing at your age and experience in this matter.
There are many problems that can lead to this. most important is the mental set up that we acquire during one such event and accept it as a defect. To tell you the truth it is not.
Here is the solution with out drugs- just mental adjustment,
