Hello! friend, These two , spiritual and married life are very different, but you can earn spiritual bliss by doing 16 karmas listed in very hindu panchanga being a married member of our society.
The family persons or house holders are held in very high respect by all Pitris (forefathers or ancestors ), All Gods, and living religious persons as house holders are the means of sustainment for them the nithya karmas of these house holders hold very high punya in this life as well as the next. so there is a balance of karma. To say here that every act of living is performing seven fire sacrifice will not be wrong. for example eating food religiously is performing jatara agni homa. Performing sexual act as per the religious texts is performing homa to Kama agni, so on and so forth, thus just living will constitute spiritual merit, all these acts when done selfishly just to satisfy our desire will convert these same acts to earn demerit. Human beings thus just living a normal married life religiously without any special spiritual practice will balance the karma and earn blissful punya. on the other hand just doing spiritual practice for self up-liftment can earn demerit but the same done with up liftment of people and ancestors will earn good merit. this will balance the spiritual person.
