How to cook Palak Panneer at home?

Ingredients

Palak – 2 bunches
Paneer – ¼kg
Onion – 2 big
Tomato – 1cup pureed
Green Chilli – 2 nos
Garlic – 8 nos
Ginger – 1small piece
Jeera powder – 1 ½ tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cashew – 8 nos

Method

Pressure cook palak, onion, cashew, garlic, ginger, green chillies and make it into a fine paste in the mixer. Take some oil in a kadai or pan, add tomato pureed and all the dry powders and mix it properly. While the oil oozes add the Palak mixture and paneer cubes in it. Keep it in a low flame covered for some time and the delicious palak paneer is ready to be served with hot rotis or parantas.

Glaucoma is a disease of the major nerve of vision, called the optic nerve. The optic nerve receives light from the retina and transmits impulses to the brain that we perceive as vision. Glaucoma is characterized by a particular pattern of progressive damage to the optic nerve that generally begins with a subtle loss of side vision (peripheral vision). If glaucoma is not diagnosed and treated, it can progress to loss of central vision and blindness.

How to make Kheer ?

Ingredients:



1/4th cup long grain rice (washed and drained)
4-5 cups milk
2-3 cardamom seeds (crushed)
2 tbsp almonds (blanched silvered)
A pinch of saffron threads, soaked in a little hot milk
1 tbsp skinned pistachio nuts (chopped)
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
2-3 tbsp sugar or as desired

How to make kheer:

* Put the rice, milk and cardamom in a pan, bring to boil and simmer gently until the rice is soft and the grains are starting to break up.
* Add almonds, pistachio, saffron and raisins and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
* Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
* Remove the rice kheer from heat and serve either warm or chilled

Have lots of carrots in any form. Also take some coriander leaves wash well. Chew the leaves and eat it. It cures the weakness of the eyesight & clears the vision.

Ingredients:


1 cup Bengal Gram
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Water

Preparation:

* Mix the flour with a little ghee. Heat the sugar in water till reaches a ball consistency.
* Slowly add the flour stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
* When it is well blended pour in slowly absolutely in a hot ghee stirring continuously.
* Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and the ghee separates.
* Spread out on a greased plate. When firm cut the mysore pak into squares.

Recipe of vegetable soup ?

ngredients:

6 cups of water
4 small potatoes, cubed
2 medium onions, sliced
2 carrots, diced
1 1/2 oz beans (42 gms)
3 large tomatoes, skinned and cut into cubes
1 clove
2 tbsp. split green peas
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Butter
4 tsp. Grated craft cheese
4 level tsp flour
White pepper to taste

soupsMethod:

Combi ne all the ingredients except for the butter and cheese in a large soup pan and parboil on medium heat till the vegetables are done. Keep aside.
In a non-stick pan heat butter over low heat. Once the butter has melted add the flour to the pan and dry fry the flour for a few minutes. Keep stirring to ensure that the flour does not brown.

To this add the soup stock along with the vegetables and stir over medium heat for five minutes.

Remove from fire and to the soup add grated cheese. Serve at lunch or dinner.
