Meditation : One can teach the technique of meditation. But you alone have to do it. It has to come on it's own. Never hold your mind. Just relax your mind and do deep breathing. This will take your mind to a calm state. you doing this slowly you your self start realizing that you are doing the meditation. you make go into this feeling for few mint, but slowly you will be doing it for a longer time. so just relax & start doing it.
