JIGNESH's Answer

Dear Ilyas,
Hand practise means you mean to say masturbation .
Masturbation is the activity which is carried out for sexual gratification by an individual for achieving sexual orgasm without opposite partner.

Generally there are no side effects of masturbation as such .Only thing you have to take care is of proper hygiene(not to use unhygenic toys ,maintain cleanliness of private parts, etc.) and should be done uptil you feel comfortable.

Never try to purchase sex books as they are not relevant and instead of teaching you regarding the sex they will misguide you and you will be a victim of pornographic picture book.
If you wish to learn about sex then you can look out for kamsutra book by reputed author and please confirm before purchase that it is not a mere pornographic book.
You can even download such a book from internet
by searching "Sex Education Book"
Please don't search for sex pictures book as it will always misguide you and you will loose your confidence and may be it can turn you to sex maniac. So beware of it.

JIGNESH's Answer

Dear Rimjhim,
You can enlarge your breasts by silicon implants by cosmetic surgery from any expert plastic surgeon or
You can put on your wt and automatically increase the size of breasts.
Beware that silicon implants are carcinogenic in nature and can cause cancer after 3-4 decades of implants.
According to me the best thing would be to avoid any such thing and be contended with your original size of breast .

Why the development in body of guys and girls are not similar?

Asked by Rimjhim in Sexual Health at   8:10 PM on November 11, 2008

JIGNESH's Answer

Dear Rimjhim,
There are two main reasons
One it is obvious that if they are same then reproduction would not occur

Another thing is that there is scientific reason behind that
During puberty there is hormonal release of oestrogen and progesterone which helps in development of feminine characters and thus makes her different from males.

Similarly in males at the age of puberty there is hormone named testsoterone which helps in development of male organs in masculine pattern

hope this clears all your querries
