My gf is facing vomit feeling from within 6 to 7 days after having un protected sex but she got her period 1 day after havin sex so can she be pregnant?

Pregnancy is usually experienced after about 10 days. Vomitting feeling can not start from next day even if she is pregnant.. As she has resumed her periods that means she is not pregnant.

Your Q is not clear to me. You wanna grow it biggar on one hand and on the other hand you are saying your friend is married.
All I can say at this moment is that 4 to 5 inches is good enough.

Dont worry for the size of Penis as a females most sensitive area lies just 2 inches to 3 inches inside the vulva. Time is not important as most important is foreplay and synchronisation of orgasm.

Penis ka size agar sirf 3 inch se 4 inch tak bhi ho to kafi hai. Isliye kiunki aurat ke sabse sensitive parts sirf 2 se 3 inch andar hi hote hein jiski wajah se usko anand ka ehsaas hota hai.
Isliye chinta mat kariye aur apni shadi shuda zindagi ka anand lijiye.

Vomitting does not mean that she is pregnant. Many a times they may not get the vomit feeling. Sive she has resumed her periods, nothing to worry now.

Hoarseness of voice is caused by many things.
1. Polluted surroundings
2. Restlessness or sleeplessness.
3. Mild throat infection.
4. Hyperacidity.
So take proper rest. Experience going out of town and check if it goes by itslef. It will go if the cause is pollution. Do warm saline water gargles daily, this will ease out your Larynx. Drink hot tea with ginger boiled in it. eat dried ginger or take saunth powder with warm water daily before going to sleep. Try some effective anatacid if you have hyperscidity.
If nothing works then consult your physician for proper examination.
Homoeopathic treatment works wonders for hoarse voice.

First of all get it confirmed by means of Vidal test. One positive your doctor will put you on appropriate antibiotc. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily recovers it fast. Take Iron supplement as constipation is often observed during this period.
Take your food during the period when there is no fever otherwise you will loose appetite. Take mild pain killer like paracetamol Diclofenac Sodium combination for headache.

But dont take any self medication and consult your gynaecologist immediately if you doubt Typhoid.

She has to take Thyroxin min. 50 mg per day. But keep on getting TSH tested regularly. Ask her to go for a walk daily.

Sterile mud pack on thyroid porion helps a lot. Put it on for half an hour once in a week. Continue for 6 months het thyroid function will become normal. But always remember that she has to monitor it regularly and adjust medicine accordingly ranging from 25 mg up to max 75 mg.
Dont stop medication untill TSH is normal for min 2 months.
