How can man/woman have painless sex?

A man and a woman must understand sexuality properly before indulging in sex. Sex is not just insertion of Penis in Vulva but it has to be pleasurable.
A man and woman must indulge in foreplay which includes gently touching and caressing with lot of talking. Dont indulge in actual unless there is enough wetness of vaginal cavity and excitement is at its peak. Dont hurry and take your time. I am sure you will experience totally painless sex which you never did before.

Please make sure that you are taking healthy food rich in proteins and vitamins.
Take a glass of milk daily.
Eat atleast 10 soaked Almonds in the morning.
Eat a bowl full of sprouted beans for evening snacks.
This is the best home remedy. Get you sperm count checked after a month and then let me know.

Some disturbance in your menstrual cycle can happen due to I pill. This is because of Hormonal imbalance which is temporary. But dont take this pill too regularly. Take the pill as mentioned in literature. Dont worry now.

No, Oral sex is much safer and clean. Just make sure that you dont have any STD at the time of oral sex. Otherwise its completely safe.

Masturbation can not be cause of Hypertension. Although the BP can shoot temporarily during masturbation but it would become normal. If your BP is regularly high, consult your physician
