Best is Pranayama and Kapalbharati. Then squeeze your voice box and pull your breadth in just the way you do when you have running nose. Then also use Sterilized Mud Pack on Thyroid gland region. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash off. Do it one or twice in a weak for 6 months. This will help in removing toxic layer from the glands and you thyroid will start functioning normal.
