Well Khushboo it seems that you are doing your work sitting for a long time. Try to move around in your office as much as possible.
Do some exercises early in the morning. Start with 10 minutes a day and slowly take it to 30 to 40 mts. You will automatically adjust.
Divide your meals in to smaller proportions so that you dont need to eat too much at a time. Take a glass of fresh lime water early in the morning. Dont sleep immediately after any meal. Take a stroll in the neighbourhood after dinner. I am sure your life will improve with these simple to follow tips.
