Write down a list of things you like about yourself. then hang it on your wall. Listen to happy songs...it might be tempting to listen to sad things but listen to happy stuff anyway. Do things that you enjoy,go to the mall,hang out with friends. Watch some funny movies. You could also relax yourself by taking a warm shower. And then drink a good glass of milk and just go to bed. Don't do anything else. That's really good for your mind.
