Now you can serve him a legal notice under section 138 of negotiable act read with 420 of IPC.

Well Mohan there are lots of such frauds which came into light in recent years n you also give stress on your mind and think that had u ever played any lottery of game of such site from which u got mail. so no need to give your information for your secure surfing.
