Nidhi Singh's Answer
A Pina Colada in the original form is an alcoholic drink containing rum, which would NOT be safe for a child. It would be illegal to give it to a child.
The Pina Colada mixture/flavor is used more and more without the alcohol and served to all. A Pina Colada without alcohol is called a Virgin Pina Colada or a Pinata Colada. It is mostly fruit juice with some coconut in it. Unless there are allergies, there shouldn't be a problem serving it to a child, though many don't like the complex flavors.
