Dear , its nice to see your question regarding female foeticides being done across the city/state/country/globe.
You are right there should be definately previledge to every female to have free education not upto school but upto college which in turn will make every woman self dependant since they can have job after college.
It will also remoov feeling of parents for female child being burden financially on them.
And Women are energy to this globe,shuld be nurtured carefully-no doubt,
