Hemant's Answer
Hi Ajay,
My wife went through a weight management program which was suggested by one of my best friend..She is a Health and Nutrition consultant..
Though, I may not be the right person to talk about technical/science aspects of the program. All i know is following few points which made me and my wife to take positive decision to go ahead with the program
1. You do not have to spend much time on the program on daily basis. Hardly 10-15 mins(includes little exercise, discipline...)
2. You do not have to go for crash diets(which would eventually put you under malnutrition)
3. Its scientifically designed(no side effects)
4. My nutritionist followed me up personally to make sure everything is on track. Nothing can replace personal touch.Thats the best part of the program.
5. I did not put on weight after the program got over. Just a little bit of exercise and good food habits. Thats it.
6. Costed me 11K including all the support materials.
7. The whole credit goes to this nutritionist of mine.
I would suggest you to have word with her personally over the phone. If you can leave your contact details at hemantbsutar@gmail.com, i would request her to give you a call.
Let me know asap,
-Hemant
