As per law he can't do this. But Their is 2 rulls of emplyment. 1. Boss is always right 2. If he is wrong then see rull no. 1.
I think u got yr answer. People are heartless so they want to give more & morepain to a person who is already in trouble.

I think she has been hurted by somone close so she is not able to belive on anyone. SO give her sometime. Meanwhile dont be away from her. Be his friend & give her assurence that u just need his friendship. As the time passes when she will be able to understand you, Propose her. And please do it if u r really in love with her. Krish without harrasment lady never demands for divorce. Kabhi Harrasment ke baad lady divorce chahti hein aur kabhi divorce ke liye use manane ke liye use harrasment di jati hein.
