Arthritis occurs as a pain or inflammation and/or a wearing away of the joints, and is of two types: Osteo or Rheumatoid. In Osteoarthritis, there is wear & tear of the cartilage between the bones, causing the bones to rub against each other causing pain. In Rheumatoid one there is a loss of sinovial fluid in the cartilage, hyperactive immune system attack body's own tissues causing inflammation. The problems in both cases may increase with time, impeding freedom of movements and later surgery may be required to correct the cause.
Eliminate Red meat, alcohol, cigerettes & other toxic elements.Avoid butter & fatty foods. Fish oil from the cold & fresh water fish helps in reducing the pain. Foods rich in anti-oxidants like Vits. A,
C, E, Zinc, Selenium are also helpful as they neutralizes harmful free radicals. Drinking Forever's Aloe vera gel with Glucosamine sulphate, Chondroitin sulphate and MSM (org. sulphur) is very helpful in Osteoorthritis. "Transfer factors" from Cow & egg colostrum is very helpful in Rheumatoid arthritis. Write to me incase u need more info.
