What is the process for correction of name in passport?

If Correcting or Changing Information in Your Passport due to printing error in your passport. You need to submit the following:

- Completed Form DS-5504, Application for a U.S. Passport Name Change, Data Correction, and Limited Passport Book Replacement Form
- Passport containing the printing error
- Acceptable evidence showing the correct information, such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate when the printing error is in the date or place of birth. For misspelled names, a photocopy of the ID used, or the original marriage certificate or name-change court order submitted at the time of application
- Two (2) recent identical passport photos

In the common law, a will or testament is a document by which a person (the testator) regulates the rights of others over his or her property or family after death. Any person over the age of majority can draft their own will without the aid of an attorney. Additional requirements may vary, depending on the jurisdiction, but every will must contain the following:
- The testator must clearly identify himself as the maker of the will, and that a will is being made; this is commonly called "publication" of the will, and is typically satisfied by the words "last will and testament" on the face of the document.
- The testator must declare that he revokes all previously-made wills and codicils. Otherwise, a subsequently-made will revokes earlier wills and codicils only to the extent that they are inconsistent. However, if a subsequent will is completely inconsistent with an earlier one, that earlier will be considered completely revoked by implication.
- The testator must demonstrate that he has the capacity to dispose of his - property, and does so freely and willingly.
- The testator must sign and date the will, usually in the presence of at least two disinterested witnesses (persons who are not beneficiaries).

No, we do not have a law like that. Also, if snoring is the only problem in your married life than try to bring this topic up in your conversation with your spouse. You can also take help from a doctor if the cuase of snoring is sinus. In India the rate of divorce is very less compared to the other countries. The reason for this is that Marriage in India is not considered as any other relationship's which if break will not affect us much. There are different common reason for divorce/dissolution of a Marriage for e.g. Dowry, Marital infidelity, Mutual consent of both the partners, Mental or Physical torture etc. Lastly, a small friendly advise, try to solve the small problems which you have instead of running away from it.

if a mnc /ngo doesn't obey according to the agreement of contract paper and doesn't pay salary to the employee in time can we take the help of law?

Yes you can claim your salary from the MNC/NGO. Provided you have the neccessary documents of employment. First you need to contact the HR department of the company, claim your salary. If they refuse, tell them that you'll take legal action if they do not clear your dues. Further, you can go to the nearest police station to report your concern.
