Your Ascendant is Aquarius, Rasi is Taurus and Nakshtra is Krittika. For an Aqurarius ascendant Neelam, Diamond and Ruby are lucky gemstones. In your horoscope, Saturn in 9th house aspects 11, 3 and 6th house. By wearing Neelam your financial gain is restricted by 3rd aspect of Saturn. Venus in 6th house may create marital problems and health problems. So, you cannot strengthen it by wearing Diamond. Sun is debilitated in Navamsha, so you can wear Ruby in your ring finger.

By Luck if you mean Bhagya, then Jupiter, lord of 9th house, is Bhagyesh. It is in 4th house and in good position.

Venus is Labhesh, lord of 11th house. That means lord of financial gain. It is placed in 6th house, that means you gain financially through job and should try to avoid doing your own business.

If you want all round prosperity, you must worship Goddess Mahalaxmi. You can recite Mahalaxmi Bija Mantras along with appropriate Yantra Pujan. They are most powerful Mantras. You can listen to Mahalaxmi Sahsranam, and other Mahalaxmi Mantras.

Mars in your 5th house creates marital problems. You must fast on Tuesdays. Visit Ganesha temple on Tuesdays and offer Modaka and Durva to Lord Ganesha. You need not wear Emerald for Mercury.
