I have oily skin .Plz tell me good tips for oily skin ?

-Avoid oily, cheesy foods
-Wash your face with cold water as many times as you can in a day
-Before applying make-up first apply astringer lotion and wait for 5 min then do make-up as you like.
-Cucumbers juice, lime juice take in equal quantity and apply to your body and take shower with lukewarm or cold water after 15 min. Do this for one month and you see the amazing results.
-In a glass bowl pour water half way and add 5 – 6 drops of ude-co-lean and refrigerate. After 1 hr remove from freeze and apply with cotton whenever you feel like your skin is oily.
-In ice water mix limejuice and wash face with that water. You will feel fresh and clean.
-Take egg white and apply to your face, after it dries wash your face with basin flour. This face pack is good for oily skin only ( note:- do not apply this face pack around your eyes)
-In 1 tbsp. of apple juice mix 5 – 6 drops of limejuice and apply this to your face and wait for 15 min and wash your face with cold water.

Hair is an important part of our personality that we are proud of. It is a challenge to keep it secure from day to day dust and pollution. Everyone wants their hair to be more beautiful, strong, silky and shiny.With proper attention and by following proper tips for strong hair, you can reduce the chances of hair loss to a large extent and can have strong and thicker hair.
- Smoothly comb your hair, a rough combing can cause hair loss. Do not comb your hair in the opposite direction. This also can cause hair falling.
- Do not comb wet hair. You should first dry your hair with a towel, it’s always better to let your hair dry naturally, then put some oil and gently massage it.
- Apply coconut milk to alternate with the salon hot oil treatments. Use it into the scalp and hair with a cotton ball. Leave on overnight and shampoo in the morning.
- Verify the quality of your cosmetic products. Do not use harsh detergent based shampoos, or even bad soaps. They tend to make your hair extremely dry, leaving it without the necessary oil and moisture content. Always prefer mild shampoos, and also it is necessary to apply a conditioner after each shampoo.
- If you have fine hair, use shampoos that include wheat proteins and polymers. These elements make your hair look thicker by covering the hair shaft. You do not need to apply various market products, which may damage your hair. Remember this tip to make your hair strong.
- Be conscious about your scalp condition. Several types of cosmetics should be suitable to your hair. People with dry hair should apply moisturizers to maintain the normal oil balance of their hair. People with oily hair can rinse their hair on a regular basis, but only with a pH-balanced mild shampoo.
- A well balanced diet is essential for your hair. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to get protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and iron is necessary for healthy and strong hair.
- You can get rid of dandruff with anti-dandruff shampoos. Make a mixture of two teaspoons of vinegar and six teaspoons of water and apply it on the scalp before you go to bed.

Stains when detected at an early stage are quite easy to get rid off. But the basic being, tried to avoid staining your teeth. Brush your teeth regularly with a regular tooth paste that has fluoride content in it. If the stains are mild you can consult a dentist for removing the stain by either whitening, bleaching or by micro abrasion. If the stain is too deep and cannot be removed, you should not in for abrasion; as this will damage the teeth. Under such conditions one should opt for covering the stain by a porcelain veneer or a crown
-Do not take foods that cause stain to the teeth like soy sauce, berries, coffee, dark soda, tea and curry. . Brush your teeth regularly and floss them with a dental floss every day. If you can make use of an electric brush there is noting like it. Electric brushes can remove up to 98.2 % of plaque from the teeth. Make use of a good mouth wash that has an anti – bacterial content.

- Apply sandalwood paste with rosewater and leave it overnight over the scars. You can even apply a mixture of sandalwood paste and black gram paste.
- For dark acne scars use lemon juice. Before applying, clean the scars with warm water and dab 1 tsp of lemon juice into a cotton ball and apply it on the scars and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to apply sunscreen prior to going out in the sun as lemon juice makes your skin photosensitive.
- Cucumber with lemon juice or honey with lemon juice also helps. Honey also helps for chicken pox scars. However people with oily skin should avoid the use of honey.
- Apply a paste of gram flour, curd, turmeric and lemon juice and leave for 10-20 minutes
- Mix 1 tablespoon each of sour cream, yogurt, grinded oatmeal and few drops of lemon juice. Apply it on scars and leave for 10 minutes and rinse.- -Gently rub baking soda paste on your scar for sixty seconds and rinse off. It acts as micro dermabrasion treatment for your skin.
- Apply smashed pineapple on your face and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. It will help in fading acne marks as pineapple contains ascorbic acid.

-The first thing you need to do to increase your weight is to eat well. Eat more than you burn calories. Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin. Drinking milk, cheese, chicken meat etc are some foods, which contain more fat.
-Most people think that thin people should not exercise, as they could get even thinner. But it is recommended that they exercise so that they feel hungrier and eat more. Taking nutritious food would help the body gain weight. Do not lift heavy weight dumbbells in a gym; instead opt for low weight and do more repetitions.
-There are lots of weight gain supplements available in the market, but they are not recommended. Instead have a good helping of protein-enriched foods, fruits and products, which contain more fat. Eat lots of protein and fat, as it is very helpful in increasing your weight.

Yes. The most important thing to remember about moisturizers is that is water and not grease. Even oily skin needs water. A moisturizer creates a barrier to keep your skin's natural moisture from escaping into the elements. Even people with oily skin need this protection.All skins need moisture, regardless of how much oil they produce. Use an oil-free product to help keep pores clear. A deficiency of water will typically lead to an overproduction of oil which would worsen your condition so take plenty of water.

Bleaching is an extremely common method adopted by millions of women across the globe to lighten their facial hair to make them less conspicuous. It works very well for most people, especially those with short and thin hair and pale skin. However, bleach contains strong chemicals, which, if used incorrectly or on sensitive skin, could cause harm.
-Bleaching causes an intense itching sensation to most people while it has been applied on the skin. But, this disappears as soon as you wash away the bleach. In some people, the skin may become red, inflamed or irritated and blisters, dark marks or eruptions could appear. In these cases, you are advised not to use the bleach on that area again
-To prevent adverse effects of bleaching, it is imperative that some caution be exercised during bleaching. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided for the next 24 hours. If the bleach happens to come in contact with your eyes, you should wash your eyes with cold water immediately and thoroughly. You can apply a non-perfumed moisturiser or aloe vera gel to the target area after bleaching it.

To get a fair complexion. now for that you need cold milk, some curd, turmaric, ground flour and olive oil. now you gonna make a thick paste out of all these ingredients. first take, two tsp. of basin or ground flour, add two tsp. of curd into it., a pinch of turmaric and some cold milk. and lastly, add two or three drops of olive oil. now mix all of these together to make a thick paste. Apply it on your face nd neck and leave this for say about 15 -20 minutes and then wash off with cold water. applying this paste once or twice a week can help you get a fair complexion.
