Is it useful to listen to mantras CD while sleeping?

it is not useful...
It is only useful when you are not sleeping...
but when u sleep ur mind and soul in silence... so what u get fron the mantras when u not listening them from ur heart and mind....
why... .. actually there is very true logic.. that is ................ who told you that by listening to Mantras u can transform ur self.....

do Meditation.... .. keep ur mind and heart in Silence and from meditation u can get this... ok..
because u recollect all the things in just one moment and try to improve the bad ones... ok
don't listen ........ just Apply................. ok.....

some people .. take advantage .. for sex.
and some people just say it on the face..
in married life also...
husband took interest in wife...for sex only .... after children no .. fun no enjoyment no sex...

Sacha pyar milna bahut difficult hai.. but agr mil gya tou ... nibhana bahut difficult hai..
now situation for Nibhana..
when we are talking about Nibhana means to spend whole life with full honesty and faith and giving her all the happiness...
so It is just not Pyar..

and in different ..
jaise ki arrange merriage .. tou girls for Money .. bank account ..
and for tru love stories ..

first thing ... go for running everyday in the Morning..
second ---- eat Neutri ( wo Badiya hoti hai na ) ..
boil them ... and eat...
third ---- drink Milk..
fourth.... ----- A good Sleep.. min.. 6-7 hours..
ok....
20 year old and my height is 5 ' 11 ......
and I think it is good.....
so u have enough time...

it is good to be selfish ..but it is not good to be jealous....
becoz ... selfish is positive for u....
not for others....
and on the other hand.... jealous is negative for u but positive for that person ... which u jealouses off..
