Grigoriu's Answer
Basically in these cases proof by induction is not completely valid, is it? (if you have not seen one that does not necessarily mean there is none)
For the rest all we can change and improve is ourselves, and dealing with what others do is part of our life. I agree it is good to have no expectations, humans make mistakes, and most of them have a price I think, things for which they will betray their beliefs and principles, finding some excuse for that of course first.
We have to slowly get back on track after a disappointment and there not really enough time to think about what others are doing or not doing.
