Generally it happens due to ego problems either with those whose background or we can say the preliminary stage of life ( around 1-18 yrs) was not et al good..
Two way
1. Either to stay away & avoid confrontations, if necessary then speak in little
and complete in short..
2. Be cheerful & do not allow yourself to think much over any incident
if happs..placing yrsself busy in work will indeed help you..and finally
u will find no sensitivitism..
