in free time i always think so much & many negative thoughts comes in mind it effects at my face wht should i do to stop it

Life is a poetry...
it has to be sung...
not solved like a mystery...
if you have negative thoughts in free time...
then pik up a hobby to let urself busy...
why not try singing...
or blogging for that sake...

See people are different...
many have a stable nature and many don't
i myself get highs and lows pretty often..
never think that being stable is the answer...
just go with the flow
