Next time you feel like that take out a piece f ppr ...n write down al da negative things abt yourself ...n read dem again n again ...go n ask ppl wat dey hate abt you ...write dem all down ....ul get plenty f things which are bad abt you fer sure ....make a chart f it n stik it in ur room ....read it morning evening ...ul soon start hating yourself very soon ....seee so easy ..go ahead!
