How i can upgrade my xp in wind7 pc ram 512 mb?

you can easily download the windows7 cd available at microsoft site or get it from your friends.
and then install it.The setup is user friendly and interactive
But the problem is your pc will work quite slow with that because it has many background services so you should better use xp only and the features required could be arranged using softwares

if you want to find your ip address you can choose to use sites like
www.whatismyip.com
or you can use run>cmd>ipconfig
to know the ip address of your network address

ofcourse there are many programs for that
there is a built in program for that in win xp named remote assistance you only need to know ip address of the person and you can send invitation to him and then he can easily control your pc

yes you may compress this by using cab creator which is found in the windows\system32 directory
it compresses very fast and is easy to use but the archive created is self executable
