swim or brisk walking.
ollow a high protein moderate carb diet. dont totally cut down on carbs as it will drain you out of energy.
eat every 3-4 hours -dont skip a meal as this does not help in weight loss in the long run.
avoid processed foods( white bread, cookies, pastas etc) and rather eat natural foods ( atleast 3 helping of fruits and veggies). though try avoid eating potatoes.
eat low fat diary products.stop eating junk food and especially sodas.
