how do i go for a trial in the mrf pace academy this year at the earliest..i know noting about it ..it is hard to find on the internet as well..?

It is not so easy to find a place for training in the MRF pace foundation. You have to play well for your local team and your local team management will suggest your name to the MRF academy and if they are satisfied, you will find a place. For everything, hard work is the most important factor.

Now, it is the time for the hockey fedaration to concentrate in building a new team altogether. We have to include many young and talented players and provide them with proper training. Surely, our Indian hockey team will be one of the best teams in the world very soon.

Why was Lalchand Rajput thrown out of his job after Gary Kirsten's induction as a team India coach?Could not the BCCI retained him as an assistant coach?

It would not be appropriate to degrade a person with the post of assistant coach. Any way, he will be provided with a different post in future. Only for this series, Venkatesh Prasand and Robin Singh are there. BCCI is not going to extend their post. After that, only Gary Kristen will be there to coach our team. He will manage by himself. Then, BCCI will appoint an assistant coach for the team, if necessary.

I think it will not be Dhoni's personal opinion. He wants to be safe since the selectors have faith in youth, rather with experience. His desire will be to play with youth, since it will be convenient for him to handle. In test cricket, he will have to play with seniors and he will play with seniors with respect.

For test cricket, experience is needed and for the ODI games, youth is needed. In future, both test and ODI will be full of youngsters since all the senior players are going to retire from International cricket. Before their retirement, they have to teach the youngsters, the way of playing test cricket.

The episode has been finished and now it is not necessary to find what had happened that day. BCCI is supporting Harbhajan and they were with him all the way, which is great.

Since he is not a senior player, he prefers to support youngsters. He could have handled this subject smartly. Sine the selectors have faith in youth, he wants to support them by saying that he is interested in youth. In future ODI games also, now it has become difficult for the seniors to be a member of the team. The selectors have to provide them with chances at least to announce their retirement from the ODI games. They should not be ignored in this way.

Selectors are not selecting senior players in ODI games at present. They have faith in youth and they do not trust experience. In future also, the seniors are not going to be provided chances for playing ODI games. At least to announce their retirement from the ODI games, they have to be given a chance in the nearest future. Sewag, Ganguly, Dravid, Lakshman are very good players and they should not be ignored.
