wel i guess u shld hve rite food at right time
dont munch in betw ur meals
jst by dietin one cant control fat as it wil be fr shrt duration
its better if u hve milk,veg,salads
n in night hve ur dinn at 8
it wil help u digest ur food jaldi..........n yes regular walk can help ......
dont skip ur food gal wnt help u
eat gud food nt choclates ........n all dis
