Am 20 yr old girl, i had sexual interface with my boyfriend, and now am in a doubt whether i am pregnant. What should i do to avoid pregnancy??

Please do a urine pregnancy test if you have already missed your periods. If you havent yet missed your period please email me your last menstrual date & the day of your relations so that i can guide you accordingly..

Hello Deeksha, I think for you initially you will require Xylocaine jelly.
No Doubt that this will decrease the sensations but just to get away with the fear i would suggest you use xylocaine & later gradually you wont require any jelly once you become comfortable.

Nothing like that. It is not HOT FOOD infact it will help you by increasing your protein content.

Your chances of getting pregnant as very less. But since you have PCOD your cycle will be a little prolonged. PLease do a urine pregnancy test if it gets prolonged by more than 7 days.

Yes it can be harmful. Please consult your gynaecologist as early as possible. You can use Tab.Clingen pessary vaginally to reduce the discharge.

Hi,

Please use pure Aloevera jelly. The stretch marks fade in around 3 months time. I prescribe that to my patients & according to my experience even the ceaserean scar marks fade to a considerable extent.

Avoid keeping relations for first 3 months & last 2 months.

You can have relations from 4-7 months in "lateral position" or "women on top " positions.
