Do not worry. Please Keep Relations on Day10,12,14,16 & day18 of your menses. This will ensure you have relations on the most fertile period.

PLease let me know your ages, professions & coital frequency also.

Please do following investigations and inform me the results:
1) Husband Semen analysis
2) LH / FSH Levels on day3 of menses
3) T3,T4 & TSH levels on day3 of menses
4) Sr.Prolactin levels on day3 of menses
5) Fasting & Post lunch Blood Sugar levels
6) Ultrasonography of pelvis.

There are various procedures. Ideally one IVF cycles costs about 55000/- to 85,000/- if genuine medicines & standard instruments are used.

Please get a laparoscopic tubal cannulation & flusing done. this will slove the problem. If after this you do not conceive in 3-6months then the only option you will have is IVF.

Hello,

The Beta HcG is negative because the injection HcG given during the midcycle for rupturing the folicle gives a false result. Thus low values are considered negative.

That is perfectly alright if you get your cycles soner. Now please be careful as your fertile period has started & you will need to use some contraception method so that there is adequate gap in between two children.

Hello,

I think you should get the following tests of your wife done:

1) ACL (Anticardiolipin) Antibodies levels
2) LA ( Lupus Antigen) Levels
3) T3,T4,TSH Levles
4) Torch Titres

If your marriage is in your close relative (consanguious) then you better get a Chromosomal Karyotyping study done.
