My 7 year old child has adenoid problem. What is the cure?

Hi, Please give him a antibiotics course & warm salt water gargles.

If his problem persists till the age of 10yrs then i think it will require a surgical removal.

I had taken an i pill 2 days back and now can i take any tablet of postpond or prepond of periods.. Is it safe??

Hi Radha,

Do not take any tablets as I-pill will anyways postpone your cycles by 5-7 days. Also you taking any other pill will cause the hormonal imbalance to be even more so i would suggest please do not take any other hormonal tablet.

Hi Shweta,
What is your husband's sperm count. Is semen analysis test done?

If that is normal & you are having normal cycles with normal hormone assay then please keep planned relations you will concieve soon.

Keep relation on day 10,12,14,16,18 & 20th of menses. This will ensure you keep relations in the most fertile period & you will get pregnant in 6 months following htis therapy.

HI,
Repeat the test with first morning urine sample after 3-4 days.
Alternatively you can do a blood Beta HCG levels...This will be surely helping you in diagnosis.

I have normal sex life with my wife for the last 6 years, but we had no baby. As per the tests conducted everything is OK except the sperm count which is zero.

Hi,

Did you have mumps in childhood? Any other infection in genital region? Any injury to genital region?

If nothing of this sort please start on:
Tab.Fertyl 25mg 1once daily for 3 months
Tab.Addyzoa 1-0-1 for three months
Tab.Multi MACA 1-1-1 for 3 months

Repeat semen analysis. If still it shows no sperms then get a testicular biopsy done at an advanced infertility center. Advanced center will have a facility to get atleast 3-5 sperms from testis wihich will be enough for an ICSI cycle & your wife can be inc\duced....

All this will require tremendous coordination between you, your wife & the laboratory & doctor.

Hi Hemlata,
Mala-D are oral contraceptive pills meant for keeping distance between two children. These are hormonal tablets & hence are also used to regularise an irregular menstrual period.

The success of ipill depends on how soon it is taken & which phase of menstrual cycle it is taken. The failure rate of I-pill is about 4%. That means 4 females out of 100 will get pregnant even after takingh I-pill.

NO. Contraceptive pills have to be started early in menstrual cycle. Ideally from day1 of menses.

Avoid Sexual relations, Avoid Lifting Heavy weights, Avoid long distance travels.

Eat nuitritious food every 2-3 hourly.

Take rest for 10-12 hours per day.
