what is the most effective method to control blood pressure apart from allopathic medicine and control eating salt.

Avoid excessive fats like fried food,ghee, oils, fish, yellow portion of egg.
Secondly meditation like yoga, avoid stress, have a regular morning walk(45 min brisk walk) or an exercise

Because thro Ayurveda we can cannot provide emergency medical services and the results of treatment are slow.Bt in sum chronic diseases it has tremendously excellent results.
Other reasons are lack of infrastructure.
Do u knw many Ayurvedic pharma companies use cheaper drug substitutes,as either the orignal drugs are not available or they are very costly.
