What is a home remedy to reduce fat?

To reduce fat one should depend upon strict diet control and exercises.One should not go for preperations like slimming capsules etc as these have numerous side effects.
Go for a mornong walk,then drink lime water mixed with honey instead of sugar and salt.
meals should have fibre dietlike salads, fruits,skimmed milk,boiled vegetables,take less salt,avoid sugar,fatty meals, areated drinks,fried and junk food

azithromycin,is a penicillin derivative antibiotic.The generic name of the drug is Zithromax.It prevents bacteria from growing by interfering with their protein synthesis.It is active against many bacteria like-Staphylococcus aureus
Streptococcus agalactiae
Streptococcus pneumoniae
Streptococcus pyogenes
Haemophilus ducreyi
Haemophilus influenzae
Moraxella catarrhalis.Hence it is used extensively in the diseases caused by the above said Bacteria.
Neisseria gonorrhoeae
Chlamydia pneumoniae
Chlamydia trachomatis
Mycoplasma pneumoniae
Helicobacter pylori

what should be taken during severe cold and a mild fever?

There can be two conditions-
In case 1- if u have a running nose,
take Tab Cetrized 5 mg.
mild fever can be ignored but with body aches take Tab paracetamol 500 mg along.
IN case 2 if nose is blocked,
tke xynose nasal drops 1 drop in each nose 4 hrly If throat is paining,
take steam three times a day, and saline gargles can also help.
If pain continues especially during swallowing,or your sputum(spit)is yellow,it is advisable to take an an antibiotic like Tab Roxid-M 150 mg Twice a day for 3-5 days.
IT IS ADVICED TO CONSULT A GOOD PHYSICIAN AND GET YOURSELF PROPERLY EXAMINED BEFORE TAKING THIS MEDICINE

cROCIN AND pacimol are the brand names of paracetamol.The salt is basically paracetamol,but many pharma companies are making it so they give them a brand name.This is exactly similar to the breads available in the market,they are all made the same way,BUT still,cremica's bread; bonn Bread etc.

dear u have very disturbed sleep due to overactivity.try relaxing urself before you go to bed.
have a bath or head massage.
chanting mantras can also be helful
or try some relaxing music before u sleep.
or just relax by sitting in a yogic mudra fr 10 min and self analyse urself

Raise ur immunity-
have chawanprash and cod liver oil capsules in winter,
Rite nw ,wake in the morning and have a glass of plain lime water daily to see improvement.bt remember to avoid cold eatables
