It is really difficult to quit smoking.Actually to get rid of any bad habit is v v difficult.
1.The basic tip is strong will power,which has to be really really strong.
2.try to keep urself busy,and divert ur attention towards other important jobs and issues
3.dnt think that this is difficult for u.keep"I CAN DO IT" attitude.
4. Try to reduce it first, u cant stop it altogether abruptly
5.When ever u feel the urge is v strong and u cant bear it, take a chewing gum and start chewing it instead of smoking.(Keep a handful of chewing gums in ur pocket)
