How does one open a Consulting firm/IT firm? What registration numbers would be required, and from whom and how?

Not a problem, you just take space where you will run your business. than for registrations, The first registration for a consulting firm is Service tax registration which will be issued by service tax deptt. For any other problems consult me because I am an accountant & also doing such type of works.

See Tejas, Its not a simple task but nothing is impossible in this world. For this purpose you will have to make a hard labour. one thing mind it, in every succes there three things plays vital roles. 1st is Patience 2nd is confidence & 3rd is strong commitment.

I think, making good friends is not a very difficult work because when we are making friends we have a quality that we can recognize who is the best, who is the better & who is the good one. and in case of love, if you love somebody truly than he/she will must love you truly.
