Most of our temples where the goddess are being worshipped daily by us the door of the temples used to keep close in a certain period of the year. Do you know the name of the occassion. It is called OMBUBACHI when the same condition comes to the system to Her body. Pilgrimiges are not allowed to go inside of this mandir. The difference is that it happenes once in a year but for our mother it is happening once in a month. Moreover the tendency of fertilisation comes more in and after this period so why the seeding prog also results good after that period for agriculture. Farmers will also be noted for this. Here we worship the earth as goddess of earth like our mother
